This contest is open to all FFA chapters across the United States. FFA Advisors must be 18 years of age or older, sign up their chapter using the form on this page, and agree to the Contest Rules below to participate.
FFA Members will discover what it really takes to feed the world through Nutrien’s sustainability-based farming game, Farmers 2050. The FFA contest participants must make it to level 5 in the game to create or join a team to participate in Nutrien’s FFA Global Event Contest.
How to Enter
There are three ways to prep for the FFA chapter to play Farmers 2050 collaboratively:
- After signing up and filling out the form below, FFA Advisor downloads the Farmers 2050 game and plays to level 5 to set up the team. FFA Members then simply have to look for the team name to join and play in the challenge once they reach level 5.
- After signing up and filling out the form below, FFA Advisor designates a specific FFA member to play Famers 2050 to level 5 to set up the team. Other FFA members then simply have to look for the team name to join and play in the challenge once they reach level 5.
- After signing up and filling out the form below, FFA Advisor informs FFA members that the first one to level 5 in Farmers 2050 can set-up the team. This will need to be communicated (ie: make sure team members are together) and then other FFA members can join and play in the challenge once they reach level 5.
Important: Please include both your state and FFA chapter when creating your team in the game. As this contest is open across the US, we will need to be able to identify your chapter if you win!
Up to 50 players can play on one team.. More teams = more chances to WIN!

Contest Rules
Eligibility: To register for this Contest, you must be an FFA chapter advisor who is a resident of the United States 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who downloads Nutrien’s Farmers 2050 game for free (available through both iOS App Store and Android Google Play app stores). Players 13 years of age and over may create or join an existing FFA chapter team with their parent’s or guardian’s consent and permission except where prohibited by law. Children under 13 years of age are not eligible to participate. Employees, contractors, representatives and agents of Nutrien and its affiliates, as well as members of their respective immediate families (including but not limited to, parents, siblings, legal or common law spouses or children), are not eligible to enter the Contest. The Contest is void to entrants who reside outside of the United States, and elsewhere not permitted by law.
Contest Period: FFA Players must complete the actions indicated in the Global FFA Event Contest to earn points for their team. The Global Event gameplay will run from 10:00am October 10, 2024 -10:00pm October 24, 2024 EST.
Prizes: The team winning
- • First Place in the FFA Event Contest will win $1,000 donated to their FFA Chapter
• Second Place in the FFA Event Contest will win $500 donated to their FFA Chapter
• Third Place in the FFA Event Contest will win $250 donated to their FFA Chapter
(each, a “Prize”)
If there are more one team tied for the high score, three winners will be selected from all eligible entries by a random draw. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is not transferable or otherwise assignable. Nutrien will make all reasonable efforts to make the Prize available to the declared winning FFA Chapters as soon as possible after the random draw.

The Draw
1. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each non-FFA chapter advisor player may only join one FFA chapter team or the player’s teams may be disqualified.
2. Nutrien will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected entrant at the email or telephone number provided by the selected entrant when entering the Contest within one (1) week of the draw date. Nutrien assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or incorrect information provided to it, or that results from the transmission, receipt of processing of entries. Before being declared the Winner, the selected entrant must be in full agreement and compliance with these Contest Rules.
3. In the event that a selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw date or who does not agree to and comply with these Contest Rules, will be disqualified and the team with the next highest score will be drawn. The decision of Nutrien is final in respect of any matter relating to the Contest. By entering this Contest, you agree that if you are a selected entrant that is disqualified and a Prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever, Nutrien will be full and completely released and discharged from and against any and all liability or responsibility. Nutrien is not responsible in any way for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive notification.
4. In order to be declared the “Winner” the selected eligible entrant must sign:
(a) form affirming eligibility and compliance with all Contest Rules;
(b) release Nutrien, its directors, employees, officers, agents and affiliates from and against all liability arising from or relating to the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of an awarded Prize, participation in this Contest and/or in any Contest-related activity; and
(c) consent to the use without further compensation of his/her photograph, name, comments and area of business operation in any or all publicity campaigns related to the Contest, marketing communications (including commercial electronic messages), including all advertising and news releases and on Nutrien’s (website).
General Terms
1. This Contest and the terms and conditions contained in these Contest Rules, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in the applicable court in Denver, Colorado.
2. Nutrien, including its directors, officers, employees agents and representatives and those associated with them, are not responsible for any printing, distribution or production errors on any entry form or prize winning notice or any Prize claim that is late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected or illegible, whether or not due to the fault or negligence of Nutrien or of any other person or thing.
3. Nutrien reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, or extend the deadline for this Contest, at any time, for any reason.
4. Nutrien, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, are not liable for death or injury caused by the operation or misuses of the Prize. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to hold Nutrien, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and liability (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of this Contest and the delivery, acceptance, insurance and use of the Prize. The Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of the Prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event will Nutrien be liable to any entrant for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, howsoever arising.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. NUTRIEN IS PROVIDING THE CONTEST AND PRIZE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. NUTRIEN DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE CONTEST, THE TECHNOLOGY USED TO PROVIDE IT OR THE PRIZE: (I) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE, (II) WILL BE FREE OF DEFECTS, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, OR (III) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ENABLE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN IT. NUTRIEN MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE CONTEST RULES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. NEITHER NUTRIEN NOR ANY OF NUTRIENS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST OR A PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE RELATED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION ON WHICH THEY ARE BASED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING.
7. Under no circumstances will Nutrien, its affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives be required to award more prizes than what is indicated in these Contest Rules or award any prize other than in accordance with these Contest Rules.
8. NUTRIEN IS COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ENTRANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. BY COMPLETING THE ENTRY FORM, THE ENTRANT CONSENTS TO THE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF HIS/HER PERSONAL INFORMATION BY NUTRIEN FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADMINISTERING THIS CONTEST AND AS PERMITTED BY THE CONTEST RULES, AND TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF SUCH INFORMATION BY NUTRIEN AND ITS AFFILIATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NUTRIEN PRIVACY POLICY. NUTRIEN MAY TRANSMIT THIS INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTERING THIS CONTEST. 9. No failure or delay by Nutrien or Nutrien affiliates in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Contest Rules will operate as a waiver thereof. No waiver by Nutrien or it’s affiliates of any provision of these Contest Rules, or any rights or obligations of any party under these Contest Rules, shall be effective, except pursuant to a written instrument signed by the party waiving compliance, and any such waiver shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose stated in such writing.
10. Any provision of these Contest Rules that is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, and the remainder of these Contest Rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to their terms. If any provision of these Contest Rules is so broad as to be unenforceable, the provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable.
